No cutscenes for Fire Emblem Path of Radiance

well, in 4245, it worked for a while. but recently, everytime i start the game, and load my file, the fps suddenly drops to 0.0 and i cant play the game. it just goes to a black screen. sometimes, however, it goes through, but when im in a combat scene, the graphics are INCREDIBLY distorted. like, titania takes up most of the screen and the images are stretched and everything. so, if i can figure out how to fix 4245, i guess i'll be good. if anyone can let me know how to fix it, that would be awesome
