No analog input from joycons

I'm trying to use my joycons from my Nintendo switch. I've seen other posts talking about problems with them, but none seem to mention the analog input not working. I want to use the joystick on the controller, but dolphin sees it as either all the way in  a certain direction, or dead center, no analog input.


Has anyone gotten this to work before, if so, how?

IIRC the joycons don't expose their analog at all. There are some programs that attempt to make them function as one proper controller. https://github.com/mfosse/JoyCon-Driver

That's such a shame. They could have made great controllers. They are small, durable and have rumble AND motion controls. Hopefully something better gets developed one day.
