Yes, Dolphin's WFC is technically still in beta. Improvements may come in the future; for now though, it's stable enough to have been merged into master and included in the 4.0 release, if that means anything to you.

Keep in mind also that if your computer isn't running the game at 100% speed all the time (when you're playing online) it's very likely that soon or later you'll get disconnected...
