Could very likely take a year or two before it becomes useful for the public (aka, being able to run commercial games at a consistent frame-rate).
Uhh, The Wind Waker? I really don't know. Wasn't The Wind Waker the primary focus for demonstrating Dolphin when it was new?
Define "first game emulated". It could be either the first game that Dolphin suceeded into booting, loading and opening a new save file. Perhaps even being able to give input and run around. Or just being able to boot and face the black screen afterwards. Or... The game that could be completed from start to finish.
The first game to, at least, show the title screen (even with glitches).
