Do yourself a favor and get a 4K UHD monitor! If you have 20/20 vision or good prescription glasses/contacts you'll never want to go back to using a 1080p monitor again. I'm sure the Switch's display will be acceptable but it's much worse than a top-tier android or iPad/iPhone, again price is a factor and such comparisons are unfair.
