I don't see why the Wii U version would be particularly different.
The switch is a very low powered tegra, not even confirmed to be an X1. The Wii U had a TDP of 75w.
arch differences make up a bit, but a TDP of 75w lets you push out a lot more than a tablet form factor TDP
That's why if I decide to buy Zelda I'll just get the Wii U version, as I'm not looking at the switch until Summer anyways.
