PS Vita has 4 Cortex A9 cores , Tegra X1 has 4 Cortex A57 cores . There is no comparison
Imagine A9 is a Pentium D (two Pentium 4 slapped on a single die) then Tegra X1 would be like a Core 2 duo
I have Cortex A9 on my 2010 phone and seriously , it's slow as hell . Web browsing is also a pain in the ass (not responding , crash all the time) . The only emulator it could run at decent speed is Nostalgia - NES Emu
Oh , it's the well-known OMAP 4470 @ 1.5GHz btw (two Cortex A9 cores) . Texas Instrument made it but they went out of business for no reason , thus let the worst brand : Qualcomm Snapdragon dominate the market
