Nintendo switch pro control - analog stick

I Have mapped the controls in dolphin on my s10 but the analog sticks don't seems to work very well. You can sometimes get the character to move slow in one direction but if you try and turn a little it's like you fully moved the stick to the left.

Any ideas or is the switch control not great with it? Thanks.
