Actually, it was a GBAtemp user.
It was just some kid who got the game early and was peer-pressured into leaking it online like an idiot.

Really, it was his own fault, through and through. We're not talking scene releasers who anonymously share hundreds of games illegally though, this is just one stupid kid who shared his one copy online.
