The Desmume programming team is actually working on a 3DS emulator that it´s about to be released: 3Desmume 0.0.1 alpha.

It´s not released yet, so don´t even bother to look for it.

If you're serious, their website says (in red) that they're not making one. It needs to be hacked further, at least to the point where a significant amount of the hardware is documented (aside from the CPU).

If only there was someone around here who'd done this kind of thing before, maybe with experience of a different recent Nintendo device, such as, say, the Wii U gamepad, and also experience writing an emulator for the device they just hacked, as well as experience writing an emulator for a full Nintendo console, say, the Wii. Someone like that could surely be of some help.

this is a 3ds i find in a youtube video ,i try it and it work paerfectly,i using it to play pokemon y and new super mario 2 now,but the probleme is you have to complete a survey but don't worry i will upload it in mediafire fore you soon,any way this is the video where i found it.
