So, according to this video; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o3JkJjvB0ZY speaker data works great with a Wii Remote Plus. I have an older model without a built-in MotionPlus. Speaker data in Mario Galaxy 2 sounds like a distorted mess. In the description in the video above it says that standard wiimote audio "will be looked into in the future." Any news? Something one can do?

If you use bluetooth passthrough it should work.

Then I think you are out of luck, unless the dolphin bar is supposed to already fix audio.

It's the bluetooth stack afaik, that's why you need to enable passthrough so that dolphin can take control.

It's not the Bluetooth stack per se. It seems to be more like a timing issue, caused by the delay the stack induces.
There is likely some room for improvements, but that'll require some extensive research and testing. |
