Newer Version of Dolphin not working.

I am currently using version 4.0-652, and it is working perfectly fine. However, if i try to download https://dolphin-emu.org/download/dev/a76...ae638ec5b/ (the newest version), or any other new-ish versions, upon running the .exe I get the "dolphin.exe has stopped working" message.

Does anyone know any possible reasons/solutions

Have you tried moving/renaming the Dolphin folder in your home directory? Typically this lives in '<User folder>/Documents/Dolphin Emulator' on Windows.

Can you try using something a few builds back, or today's new build?
