Hello,

I have just recently purchased 2 Wiimotes to use with dolphin, but am having no luck getting them connected.

I following the instructions I found here:
http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=19948&page=22

But the Toshiba Stack is still not recognizing my Bluetooth USB device.

Here is what I am using:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004LNXO28/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00

It's a Medialink Bluetooth USB 4.0

And just to clarify, I did everything the instructions listed. I added my device ID to the .inf, I uninstalled any and all BT drivers, etc.. The toshiba installer still doesn't recognize my BT device.

Is there anything else that I can possibly do?

Thanks in advance!

Just try using the Microsoft stack. It works perfectly fine for me and many others in this forum. The Toshiba stack is nicer to use but it really doesn't increase comptibity much at all.

GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Factory OC'ed)

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

I just tried going with the microsoft stack, and that didn't work either =/

Any other suggestions?

(BTW - I make sure that my BT wasn't DOA or anything by connecting my phone to it, so it does work)

OK, so your BT dongle is correctly set up with the Microsoft stack. That is the first step.

What Wiimote do you have? Is it official Nintendo branded? Can you check to see I it works with a Wii?

You can use a Microsoft stack? Does that mean no dongle is needed?
Specs in profile.

The Microsoft stack just uses the dongle; you still need the dongle. The stac is software.

Depends if you got an inbuilt adapter or not
