I would greatly appreciate any help on getting my Wiimote Plus recognized. I've been searching this site and have found a bit of info that has taken me to where Dolphin is recognizing my Wiimote but it has never vibrated when it connects and when I try to load Super Mario Galaxy, the game shows the controller screens but then says the connection is broken and to push button A. Dolphin (at the bottom of the window) just gives me a continual connecting message. I found at first I was not using the newest stable build (3.0). I installed v3.5 and it still would not even get recognized even though the driver is showing installed correctly and I see RVL-CNT-01-TR in the device & printers folder.

After doing a bit more research, I saw to remove the wiimote battery cover and to press the red button there. I did so and I finally get Dolphin to show 1 each real wiimote after hitting refresh but even then, there is no vibration of the controller.

I'm using a Targus 4.0 Dual-Mode Micro USB adapter for my bluetooth adapter & a PowerA Ultra wireless sensor bar. My OS is Windows 7 64bit and am using the 64bit Dolphin as well. In the meantime, I'm going to try other games to see if the problem just applies to Super Mario Galaxy. I am totally new to the Wii so I'm hoping it is just dumb me with a newby brain fart!

Thanks in advance so very much!

I've done a bit more research and see that my Official Nintendo Wiimote Plus has LOTS of connection problems and to use Toshiba Stack to help solve the problem but I'm unable to know which version I need & where I can download as I see Toshiba doesn't have it available any longer for non-Toshiba laptop users. :-(
I'm getting FRUSTRATED as I've been working on this for 4 hours! Grrrr!

I don't see my bluetooth adapter listed as well so I don't know if it's supported. Stupid me figured a bluetooth adapter was a bluetooth adapter. I'm wondering now if I should just give up and cut my losses!

Thanks for helping, Admin 89 but I downloaded and tried installing the Toshiba stack software but it hangs when it tells me to insert my bluetooth adapter. It keeps repeating the process of telling me to insert the adapter and then fails to load the driver and keeps going in circles having me insert it and so on. The only way I could get out of the process was to not install the bluetooth driver! :-(

I still re-booted & all but in my system tray is the same icon I had before all of this and I had deleted the driver previously I thought. It's a driver for Broadcom BCM20702. I just tried it again and tried deleting the driver as well as disabling it. No matter what I do, it seems windows update automatically installs the drivers and they are not the Toshiba ones! :-(

Any Suggestions? I'm going to bed as I've now been researching and fighting this for 8 hours......Grrrrr!
