Apologies if this has already been answered (i did look)

I have configured my 360 controller OK (i think) the Gamecube mapping is fine, but as far as the Wiimote is concerned i am having a few issues and was wondering if i had done something wrong.
I am trying to play Super Paper Mario (and all games if possible) using the emulated classic controller ( via the extension box) i have configured it, but it isn't recognised in game, however if i then map the controls to the main buttons it works (although somewhat awkwardly, which is why i want to use the classic controller option)
Is it not possible for the emulated classic controller option to override whatever the default control options are for the game & if so how do you do this..?

Thanks.

90% of games do not support the classic controller extension.
Your game box will have a classic controller picture on the back in the corner if it does.

OK, c'est la vie.. so no way to override the default game controls via the emulated Classic Controller then..? as that is my only option (already tried emulating on the pad & it's fine until you have to use the IR pointer) due to my PC being in a very small cupboard, (no room for Wiimote gesticulating.. sigh) i suppose on the bright side i will save some money now that i know it's no point buying any more games.

Cheers.
