1: Dolphin is nothing like a PC game. Do not compare it to a Guild War's 2; that probably uses a fraction of the processor required for Dolphin.
2: You didn't mention what games. Your computer is pretty slow (AMD FX series kinda sucks overall for anything that requires high IPC) but I don't think games should be running at 10 fps, unless you're going for super, super difficult to emulate games.
