Sorry, current AMD CPUs have awful per-core performance, which is critical for Dolphin. Having 8 cores doesn't help more than having 2, and the graphics card barely matters at all apart from enhancements and such.

However- performance depends on the game (certain games bring even the best systems to their knees, some others run fast on almost anything) and overclocking your processor might help. So I suggest just grabbing some games and giving it a go. If it doesn't reach fullspeed in the games you want, try overclocking your processor a bit and see if it helps.

If it's still too slow, you're out of luck- you'd need to get a recent Intel CPU with a high clock speed (and a motherboard to go with it, of course).
