New to dolphin help

hi i want to know if these specs are good enought to run dolphin. mainly be using gamecube emulation, i have a copy of wind waker for gamecube but my gamecube is broken, and i want to emulate it on my laptop.

these are the specs:

Microsoft Windows® 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Processor Speed 2.0ghz AMD Sempron
3gb ram
Memory Speed in Mhz 667
Integrated - ATI Radeonâ„¢ HD 4200 Graphics
250 hdd

It's possible, but I don't think you'll get near playable performance. Everything is fine except your processor, it's a single core and you would want at least a 2.6GHz dual core. You can try and report back to see. Also, try using the Direct3D9 plugin with 640x480 and no special effects added, I used to use the same integrated video card
