New Super Mario Wii low fps and speed

For some reason New Super Mario Bros Wii give me a terrible framerate and speed. I am able to run everything else at full speed without any issues. It happens once i get into actual gameplay. The intro and map are completely full speed. My specs are

Intel Core i7
8gb memory
Nvidia 560 gtx
Version 3.0-191 of Dolphin

Im using the following settings.
Backend Direct 3d9
Adapter is on the gtx560
V-Sync Force 16:9 are checked
Anti Aliasing is 4x ssaa
Anisotropic Filter 4x
Scaled EFB Copy is checked
Ignore Format Changes is Checked
EFB Copies is on RAM
External Frame Buffer is disabled
The Only hack i have on is Widescreen hack.


Any suggestions would be appreciated.

(Nah, seriously it supports 16:9 natively)

Well, if you use EFB to Texture, does it run at full speed ?

Even on my rig, it doesn't run fullspeed with EFB->RAM, though all other games run fine with EFB->RAM

You could use EFB->RAM and Enable Cache, however i'm not sure if you get fullspeed with that....
