Quick question:

Is it possible to properly run New Super Mario Wii on a combination of a i2100, 4GB DDR3 Ram and the integrated Intel HD 2000 GPU?

No problem for NSMB.
But I suppose this isn't the only game you plan to play. Other games (much more demanding) might give you more difficulties

Thanks, NSMB is pretty much the only game I use my Wii for at this point anyway. So if I can get native Wii resolution (no upscaling or fancy stuff needed) and 60fps on this game, I'll be able to retire my console and free up some space in the living room. :-)

Well, 1xIR SHOULD be possible.

Anyway, if you want more speed, you could try this settings -> http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=23618

While it might be possible you're certainly taking a risk. The HD 2000 is right on the border of what would be deemed good enough for light games.
