Can you post your settings please (preferably as screenshots)? Also, what revision or Dolphin are you using?
Desktop:
OS: Windows 7 64 bit CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K @ 4.4 GHz GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Factory OC'ed) RAM: 16 GB @ 1600 MHz Dolphin Revision:3.0, 3.0-784, 3.5, latest 3.5 09-30-2012, 11:37 AM
So my settings is Dual core 2.5,ati radeon 2600 pro,3gb ram ddr 2,Dolphin 3.0

Those are your specs, not your Dolphin settings. What are the settings for Dolphin? Look under Config > General, and all of the Graphics tabs.

OH thx XD but i think i already figured out what the problem is,you see i downloaded a older version of dolphin and put it to run as open gl and the problem was solved, but my fps was kinda low compared to the newer one, then i saw that the other one was with direct 3d9,and everytime i tried to change for open gl the game crashes after i choose the game mode from the main menu o.O

What the...
Use the official 3.0 release. It should work fine for this game.

Definitely driver issues. Try disabling Catalyst A.I.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1 CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked) GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1) RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333 09-30-2012, 12:20 PM
We should probably make a more legit "necessary specs" thread. We have the requirements on the site, but they could be more specific I think. The new site fixes that, but a thread would be very nice too.
