So guys basically this is my problem http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/651/smnp011.png/ and is only when selecting between the stages,when im playing is all fine....can anybody help ?

Can you post your settings please (preferably as screenshots)? Also, what revision or Dolphin are you using?
Desktop:
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K @ 4.4 GHz
GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Factory OC'ed)
RAM: 16 GB @ 1600 MHz
Dolphin Revision:3.0, 3.0-784, 3.5, latest 3.5

Those are your specs, not your Dolphin settings. What are the settings for Dolphin? Look under Config > General, and all of the Graphics tabs.
Desktop:

OH thx XD but i think i already figured out what the problem is,you see i downloaded a older version of dolphin and put it to run as open gl and the problem was solved,but my fps was kinda low compared to the newer one,then i saw that the other one was with direct 3d9,and everytime i tried to change for open gl the game crashes after i choose the game mode from the main menu o.O

What the...

Use the official 3.0 release. It should work fine for this game.

Definitely driver issues. Try disabling Catalyst A.I.

We should probably make a more legit "necessary specs" thread. We have the requirements on the site, but they could be more specific I think. The new site fixes that, but a thread would be very nice too.
