With my notebook, New Super Mario Bros runs perfectly @ 100% speed and without big graphical issues.

The game works perfectly with Dolphin 3.0 so you might eventually try this

Yeah try running 3.0, you'll have much better results!

err... we mean the stable 3.0 version of Dolphin under "Releases".
