New Super Mario Bros crashing on certain levels

I am running R7671 and New Super Mario Bros. has been running perfect until World 5. Right when I try and select the level that looks like it has purple lava running around it, it crashes. I've tried finding some answers and apparently there is a Safe Texture Mode but I can't seem to find that option on R7671. Any advice on what to do?

Use Dolphin 3.0

I thought that 7671 is version 3.0 or am I mistaken?

r7671 is a revision made AFTER 3.0 it isn't the official release

Thanks for the input. The entire time I thought I was running 3.0. Now all of my games are running better!!
