Eh, developing graphics drivers takes time. Shit ain't easy. And it's easy to understand them not prioritizing a lot of this stuff as relatively few people run into these bugs. Even if the driver were flawless, there'd still be the problem of core emulation being slow so... hopefully by the time the CPU code is optimized, Qualcomm will fix their shit (and not introduce too much new shit!)
The thing is though, things have gotten worse. When I was running Jelly Bean and had v45 drivers, I still had all the distortion and whatnot but at least everything was rendered. When I updated to KitKat running v66 drivers, a lot of 2D objects don't render at all and some 3D objects don't render at all.
