New Qualcomm drivers?

I think there is a part in the kernel called kgsl doing the link between the drivers and system... or something like that.. if your kgsl is too old and doesn't support new thing in the drivers.. it may result in a bootloop. That's what I thought when my device bootlooped the first time I tried this.
