Intact, you need to have a kgsl compatible with the new driver (but I think it's still a part of the whole driver..)... If it was that easy to update drivers from v45 or lower... Well propably every customs roms would have updated video drivers.
New Qualcomm drivers?

Since almost all custom ROMs available at the moment are KitKat-based, you just need to figure the right folders, for me it didn't work because I'm on Jelly Bean MR2...
Avell A70 MOB: Core i7-11800H, GeForce RTX 3060, 32 GB DDR4-3200, Windows 11 (Insider Preview)
ASRock Z97M OC Formula: Pentium G3258, GeForce GT 440, 16 GB DDR3-1600, Windows 10 (22H2) 06-01-2014, 12:22 PM

There are new Qualcomm drivers out for the N4/N5/N7. Still getting a black screen on my Nexus 5 when testing Luigi's Mansion.
Edit: Actually, after the title screen fades away, the intro plays! Tons of graphical problems tho. 06-01-2014, 01:06 PM

The new drivers still have no improvements in Dolphin. I test the new versions as soon as they come out but never actually expect anything new. You can't expect much from Qualcomm it seems.

And it's easy to understand them not prioritizing a lot of this stuff as relatively few people run into these bugs. Even if the driver were flawless, there'd still be the problem of core emulation being slow so... hopefully by the time the CPU code is optimized, Qualcomm will fix their shit (and not introduce too much new shit!) 06-02-2014, 12:37 AM

When I was running Jelly Bean and had v45 drivers, I still had all the distortion and whatnot but at least everything was rendered. When I updated to KitKat running v66 drivers, a lot of 2D objects don't render at all and some 3D objects don't render at all. 06-02-2014, 06:06 AM
