You clearly don't know anything, every time I read something like that I wanna puke. Citra MMJ is basically vanilla Citra + Dolphin Android UI slapped on top of it with modifications to accommodate Citra's settings (and probably some hacks too), while Dolphin MMJ is basically the official Android version of Dolphin + hacks which were dropped or rejected from the official version because they cause issues.
In other words, "MMJ" versions wouldn't exist if the official Dolphin / Citra teams hadn't dedicated their free time in all those years to actually have something people like Weihuoya could use as a base, yet most Android users seems to worship those forks and their authors while completely dismissing the issues they have and the team behind the emulator used as base
