Hi, I recently purchased the new MacBook Pro with the new M1 Pro chip. Is Dolphin already compatible with it? And if so, which version of Dolphin works best?

Yes, it is compatible.

You should use the latest beta or development version of Dolphin. The latest stable release came out way before the M1 existed, and does not work properly.
