Yes, it will.

If you get a separate bluetooth adapter (or have one sitting around), it's probably worth upgrading to the latest Dolphin development revisions and using Bluetooth passthrough. Bluetooth passthrough won't work on the Dolphin Bar, however.

Dolphin 5.0 is already "old" in the sense that a lot of changes have been added. Dolphin is constantly being updated. The latest development builds can be found here -> https://dolphin-emu.org/download/

While these are not "stable" builds, a lot of people use them because they're stable enough for everyday use and they contain bleeding-edge improvements.

OK, I'll try the latest revision. Doesnt dolphin update several times daily?

The development revisions update very quickly, up to several times a day, yes.

They're builds of master after each PR is merged.

Can you help me find a computer that will run legend of zelda ss with high quality and high framerate?
Im on a tight budget so under £550 would be nice, if not, under £600

Impossible, SS runs at 30 fps max
On a more serious note, we need to know more

Are you building or looking for a prebuilt?
If building, are you installing a paid OS like windows?
What other things do you plan to use the computer for?

You could build one of these well under your stated budget. I just built one a few weeks ago. I used an i5-7600 CPU and GTX 1060 3 GB video card, but you could save money and still run SS at very high quality with a Pentium G4560 and GTX 1050 GPU. I picked the i5 because I was trying to ensure compatibility with a Hackintosh build, but if you aren't concerned with that the Pentium G4560 works very well for Dolphin and costs far less.

If you'd rather buy a computer than build one, look for something with a Skylake or Kaby Lake i5 or Pentium, and an NVidia GTX 10X0 GPU. Or look for something with an appropriate CPU and an open slot you could install a GPU in. The GTX 1050 or 1050 ti performs well for Dolphin and doesn't draw a lot of power.

Something like that should be able to run Skyward Sword at 1080p with custom textures and AA filtering, or at 4K without AA. And it should run every other Wii/GameCube game well too.

Im looking for a pre build as i dont know how to actually build one. Windows 10 and for everythibg. Mostly gaming and emulation. I would like to be able to play nearly everygame at atleast 1080p and max fps for what the game runs at. And i am also looking for Windows pre built in

For "gaming and emulation." If you're just talking about Dolphin, my advice above stands. Look for a computer with a Skylake or Kaby Lake Pentium or i5, and a GTX 1050 video card. (Either included or to be installed in an open slot.)

This configuration should work for a lot of modern non-Dolphin games too, but frankly the goal of running "every game" at 1080p and max fps is not realistic. For games that can run at arbitrary frame rates (i.e., the speed of gameplay is not tied to the FPS), it doesn't matter whether you get 75, 135 or 300 FPS. There's also a big difference between game speeds depending on the complexity of the game, the efficiency of the programming or game engine, and the graphical settings. (For example, a game might perform well with low or medium settings, but lag on high settings with all the bells and whistles enabled.)

I believe a computer that can run *every* game well on high settings (including those that are massively complex or poorly programmed) is beyond your stated budget.
