Building a computer nowadays is super easy, it's like really expensive LEGOs

Core i7 6700HQ @ 2.6 -> 3.5GHz , GTX 970M 6GB , 128GB SSD , 8GB of RAM, Slim form factor all for £600
Better ask them if they still have it under warranty though if you want new PC then no other choice than getting a desktop
https://www.amazon.co.uk/ADMI-1050-GameReady-GAMING-Pre-Installed/dp/B01MPX1O00
i3 6100 @ 3.7GHz , GTX 1050Ti 4GB (which is as fast as GTX 960 4GB), 8GB of DDR4 RAM for £520

Will the Intel core i3 be able to play games at max fps 1080P?

GTX 1050ti is overkill for 1080p and the i3 is very fast for Dolphin .
I have GTX 860M and it can run game at 2560x2112 (4xIR) just fine

There is a Dolphin Benchmark Thread, here :
https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-unofficial-new-dolphin-5-0-cpu-benchmark-results-automatically-updated--45007
i3 6100 @ 3.7GHz is as fast as i7 4770k @ 4.2GHz . Dolphin is a dual core application . So all i3/i5/i7 should have the same performance . CPU frequency and architecture decide how fast Dolphin will perform

Oh btw , I didn't think that laptop would be out of stock dat fast ...$600 is half-price , no wonder why ...

So with all the specs of the computer, which highest resolution do you think I can play at max fps and Which AMD Processor / graphics cards is on par with this PC or works well with dolphin

I have looked at other ADMi gaming PC, and I see a lot of cheap AMD PC with built in WiFi, I don't know much about AMD, so can you help me, can you tell me which AMD processor and graphic cards PC are good

The reason why AMD CPU being so cheap , is because their single thread/core performance is weak . If you do look at benchmark , 4 cores i7 beat all 8 cores FX-8xxx
In dolphin benchmark , an old i3 4130 @ 3.4GHz clearly outperform a suicide OC FX-8350 @ 5.0GHz
https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/faq/#which-cpu-should-i-use
Current Intel CPU is twice as fast as the latest AMD CPU in single thread performance .
AMD CPU tends to have more cores than Intel CPU and if you count the performance of all cores , it's not bad for the money ...
Unfortunately , Dolphin , PCSX2 , Cemu ....Most emulators out there only use 2 cores at best . So don't waste your time on AMD CPU or you will regret it (like I did)

Most desktop motherboards don't have a free slot for WiFi adapter . So it's quite hard to find one
Anyways , it's here
https://www.amazon.co.uk/HE1G-8X-Dual-Core-Processor-Motherboard-Multimedia/dp/B00NXZGEGS/ref=sr_1_40?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1481309041&sr=1-40
This one is quite expensive despite being cheaper than the one I posted yesterday
i3 6100 , GTX 1050 (not GTX 1050Ti), 300MBPS WiFi , No OS for £495
Why it's expensive : No OS , you have to install windows by yourself and it should be £100 cheaper . They should sell it at £395 , not 495

If I was you , I would buy a Wifi dongle along with the GTX 1050ti PC and then call it a day

OK, I'll see if I can get it. And btw is GTXTi 1050 Better than GTX 1050?

http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1050-Ti-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1050/3649vs3650

The ti is a slight increase. Just like 1060 3 vs 6 gb. A more major improvement would be a 1060.
