Quote:Don't list your specs and then run off. Listing your specs (PC hardware information) and then asking what speeds you should expect would not be a valid post. Other things are needed from you, like exactly which games you want to play and what level of graphic detail you want or expect. Depending on the game, full-speed can be achieved on an average PC or the game could need a PC that is very powerful. It's not a simple all yes or all no answer (unless your PC is really outdated), so give more details when you post.

Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333

regarding my "specs"...well, I still hasn't got them naturally cause i haven't bought the new laptop yet. and about what level of graphic i expect. I want it to be as good as it gets no distortion.

Okay, obviously that quote doesn't fully apply here, but I figured you'd catch the most important part, about the games. There is no "yes" or "no" that you can run all games with Dolphin with that PC (which we haven't gotten to yet), there is only, yes or no you can/cannot play that-game-that-you-never-listed at full speed. List which games you want to play.

Minimum CPU :
*1* , *3* : i3 2310M or i3 2330M
*2* : i5 480 @ 2.93Ghz or i5 2410M @ 2.6Ghz (Maximum Turbo Boost on 2 cores)
Minimum GPU :
_Nvidia GT 520M / 610M , AMD 6470M , Intel HD 3000 : 480p
_Nvidia GT 525M / 620M , AMD 6530M , Intel HD 4000 : 720P
_Nvidia GT 640M , AMD 7730M : 1080p
Mobile GPU Benchmark
Notes :
_All i3 laptop and low clock speed i5 , i7 do not work well with Dolphin . For most games , you need i5/i7 @ 3.0ghz or higher (Turbo Boost on 2 cores) -> Get the highest clock speed i5/i7 as possible no matter dual core or quad core
_Low budget laptop has worst cooling design (well, you'll get what you pay for) . Many users here face overheating issue since dolphin is more demanding on the CPU than PC games . When CPU overheat , CPU clock speed will go down . Asus G series and MSI G series have good cooling design (900-1400$)
_Dolphin uses 2 cores , PCSX2 uses 2 cores + 1 (MTVU hack) . You may consider getting a quad core for PCSX2 .
