I got it at GameStop, and the manager told me it worked really well on Emulators, it cost me 40$, I had to because they don't have the USB adapter, I searched everywhere :/

I bet the d-pad controller is the same as the left analog. NEVER TRUST A SALES GUY. You dont use ebay? Where do you live? Go to that link I sent you and email the guy he ships world wide.

Did you try the mode button? Maybe it has different modes?

On your controller, it has a mode button. Press it! Maybe there are modes that allow the analogs to be independent.
