Sorry for the nooby first impression Tongue

Windows XP Pro SP3
Intel Celeron processor

Well.....Maybe your Graphics Card doesnt support OpenGL 2.1.
So when you use OpenGL a message pops up.
Use DirectD3D plugin.
If you dont see it in configuration, plugin tab, graphics it is because you have to Update your Directx.
I think they are going to the 4758 REV
OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional x86
Processor type: Intel Atom, 1600 MHz (4 x 400)
Memory System: 1011 MB (DDR2 SDRAM)
Graphics Card: Mobile Intel® 945 Express Chipset Family (224 MB)

some change in the dx9 plugin...
just keep fidling with settings and make sure "safe texture cache" is on in the video settings

Checkout my latest project ( it is a program that downloads and compiles dolphin on mac and linux now): http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu-downloader (It's unofficial and maintained by me, not the dolphin dev team)
