New here, can this HP laptop run Dolphin?

New to dolphin and my brother just got a new laptop (https://www8.hp.com/us/en/laptops/product-details/product-specifications/37747637)
Would like to know if it would be able to run Dolphin 5.0 stable build (unless another build would be more optimal) for mainly Gamecube games.
Example games: NFL street 1/2, Kirby Air Ride, Super Mario Sunshine, Smash Bros Melee, LoZ Windwaker to name a few.

It's also fine if the laptop can't run dolphin, any feedback is appreciated.

The latest beta versions are usually the best, not sure how well it will run dolphin however.

From what could find it a zen or zen + depending of the chip. It a dual core 2 thread cpu. You probably be fine with wind waker, but you have to try the others. Here my source https://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Athlon-Silver-3050U-Laptop-Processor.449501.0.html .For you to find out if it zen or zen +, you could run something like cpu z and see if a 14 or 12 NM manufacture process. 12 is zen+. This isn't the only cpu that amd did something like this to. It a low power cpu though but you might be able to run at 25 watts using the bios which will help dolphin also.
