I have finally figured out how to get the Gamecube logo to work with dolphin . . .

Problem is only PAL Gamecube startup has proper sound, All other regions have this annoying high pitched sound effect.

Also the Logo screen shows 2 Gamecube logos ( Screen split in half [ Check Attachment ] ) Unless you disable Dual core mode then it loads properly. & XFB has to be enabled otherwise the screen flickers.

Can someone solve the Dual core, XFB, & US & JAP region video/sound problem ?

Can someone help fix this problem ?

EDIT: The Screen DOES NOT split in half in Single Core mode .
& With panic Handlers enabled I get a error "unknown write to PI: cc003030" with Gamecube Start up regardless of region .

EDIT 2: You have to use Single Core with XFB for D3D9, but you can use Dual Core with OGL w/ XFB .

Yeh, what you have outlined is the current state of the emulation. I have not had time to work on it further yet. Interesting finding on the single core mode - I did not know that.

cc003030 is written to by bs1 - unknown purpose
there is no way around having to enable XFB, and it's not a bug: that's just how the IPL is coded.
so you're saying the screen is split with XFB enabled and dual core on? That sounds like the only bug here (besides audio, which is another issue entirely ;p)

So when do you think this issue will be worked on ? It can't be that complicated seeing that the PAL audio works.
