I was bored so I added post-processing shader support in R3380. Does not work together with AA.
To use the included bloom shader, make sure bad_bloom.txt is under your Dolphin/User/Shaders directory, and set PostProcessingShader = bad_bloom under [Enhancements] in the gfx_opengl.ini file in User/Config.
Results - see attached images. The included bloom shader is named bad_bloom for a reason
