I've recently updated to 5.0-10411 and with it I've noticed a few things. First, there's Emulated WiiMotionPlus support now, which supposedly there's been for a little while. That's neat. However, I've also noticed that no matter how I calibrate my IR pointer with these new updated settings for emulated Wiimotes, Dolphin doesn't even let the pointer reach across the whole screen once I'm in-game. My IR sensitivity is set to max and I've tried this both with and without the "Attach Motionplus" option ticked. This has been the case with any game I've tested, and I'm assuming this would be the case regardless of the game's motionplus use (I'm unable to test with something like Wii Sports Resort or Skyward Sword). I wanna get this working so I can play Trauma Center & Elebits again, any suggestions?

Which setting do you mean by IR sensitivity?

Config/General/IR Sensitivity
I don't remember if it was always placed here, I think at some point it used to be with the rest of the controller settings? I think it was moved because it applied to emulated AND regular wiimotes or something. Maybe it doesn't have much impact on the IR range, I was just throwing that info out in case it was helpful, but regardless I've not been able to find any consistent way to change the IR range (let alone get it to cover the entire screen/window width).

The settings that control the IR range are Total Pitch and Total Yaw in Emulated Wii Remote > Motion Controls > Point.

Ah. That seems... a bit unintuitive. Or at least underexplained. Regardless, thanks for the help on that :p
I'd rather have glossed over a setting than had a legitimate issue with my emulator install or having bumped into a bug.

I've also said this before, maybe the solution would be to call it Screen IR width and Screen IR height, even though that might not be the correct naming it will be much clearer for everyone, and then in the tooltip state "Change the maximum Yaw / Pitch of the emulated Wiimote until you can reach the edges of your screen with the IR pointer."
Check my profile for up to date specs.

I agree, this would also make translation a lot easier. At least for Dutch.
