Hello, I've been having some issues with newer versions of dolphin rendering gamecube games at strange, slightly off aspect ratios, compared to the old version I've used for a while, 4.0-4599. I've tested with versions 4.0-9507, 4.0-9418, and 4.0-9386 by launching the game, maximizing the window, taking a screenshot, and cropping the picture down in paint to just the game window to measure the dimensions that the windows are actually running, and i got:
Kirby Air Ride:
9507: 1272x1016px (159x127: near 5x4 ratio?)
9418: 1272x1016px (159x127: near 5x4 ratio?)
9386: 1272x1016px (159x127: near 5x4 ratio?)
4599: 1356x1016px (accurate 4x3 ratio)
Super Smash Bros Melee:
9507: 1236x1016px (309x254: near 6x5 ratio?)
9418: 1236x1016px (309x254: near 6x5 ratio?)
9386: 1236x1016px (309x254: near 6x5 ratio?)
4599: 1356x1016px (accurate 4x3 ratio)
Super Mario Sunshine:
9507: 1364x1016px (431x254: close to 4x3 but not quite)
9418: 1364x1016px (431x254: close to 4x3 but not quite)
9386: 1364x1016px (431x254: close to 4x3 but not quite)
4599: 1356x1016px (accurate 4x3 ratio)
All 3 games rendered at slightly different aspect ratios than each other on the new versions but at the constant 4x3 on my older 4599 version.
I made sure that the graphics settings in the new versions matched my old 4599 settings, which they do:
Anyone have any clue as to what I can do to fix this?
