New Dolphin user, with a problem

Hello. When i go to launch a game from dolphin i get shown the message GPU: OGL ERROR: Need at least GLSL 3.0
GPU: Does your video card support OpenGL 3.0
GPU: Your driver supports GLSL 4.40 - Build 21.20.16.4542.
Then after that a series of messages come up about failiure to compile pixel and vertex shaders.
Apologies if it's obvious. I have only just downloaded dolphin.

It's a problem that Dolphin has with some Intel drivers. It'll be fixed if you update to the latest development build of Dolphin.
