Don't expect a really new driver with lollipop. On 5.0.2 we have only the buggy v84.0 driver on z3c. What's the use of a new os, if the drivers aren't updated to new one ?
Another thing, I don't understand is, why many manufacturers wit 64-bit chipsets only updated to the 32-bit version of Android 5.x.  Angry

Because switching from 32 bit to 64 bit requires A.  A full rom redownload.  B. A huge amount of testing and compability checking and C.  Artificially raised ram requirements. Also,  how many devices even have 64bit arm chipsets and aren't launching with 5.0?

There is also an issue with "upgrading" from 32-bit Android to 64-bit Android. As stated above, it requires more RAM and is really only suited for tablets at this point. I'm sure the OS will get fine-tuned for phones and smaller RAM footprints, but right now, it's a bit of a resource hog.

There is v95 too. I extracted it from many different phones, but the driver, regardless of the origin, fails to do HW video decoding and all apps which wanna use it, just die. Dolphin looked way better though ^^.
