My bad NV, I thought you were psychic like me. Seriously, I thought I read it in your first post SS. :p

Wouldn't it be an idea to use a .dtm file, and a game everyone who does this legally should have? Only one game fits this criteria (unless they've changed what the Wii is bundled with) and that game is Wii Sports.

I'm open to using Wii sports if people would rather use that. In fact, we can get started right away if a few people just agree to use that game.

Meh, my disc is hiding right now (and probably a little scratched). I'd rather benchmark a game that's fun though, even if it's just watching a dtm play (never was fond of Wii Sports, unlike my dad). Though, lots of people do legally have secondhand Wiis, so it's not exactly a given that participants will have this game.

We'd better start with a "cult" game. A "Zelda game" or a "Mario game" is a good choice. I've just voted for Zelda WW.
We can also start with a game such as Wii Sports to make an example of course

I imagine it wouldn't be much fun watching Wii Sports from a .dtm, actually, and I forgot about second hand Wiis. However, if we do more than one game, then it may be a good one to have on the list.

I voted Wind Waker, simply because it had the most votes, otherwise it'll just be a long struggle to get something to 10 votes. I'm fine with any of the games on the poll.
Since Wind Waker is popular, accessible and fairly easy to run, it would be a great choice for a benchmark. 09-19-2012, 07:54 AM

And not everyone who has a wii bought it new.

And that has already been pointed out and accepted.
