Netplay Wii Saves Build?

Is it the NAND or the SD card that needs to be copied?

The save files are on the NAND. SD cards are only used for storing specific things in certain games, like screenshots. If you don't copy over the SD card, make sure to not enable "Insert SD Card" when using netplay.

And just to be perfectly clear, what files constitute the NAND? I know they exist in the User/Wii/ directory but I am not sure which files in there are the NAND.

Everything in the Wii directory is part of the NAND (except sd.raw).
