Netplay vs Offline Play

Hey guys. I want to know if the specifications for running netplay are different than running solely offline melee. What specs would I need to run netplay online. I was considering buying a computer with these specs so I was wondering if it would work. I posted a different thread but changed my mind on what computer I was considering. I don't really know much about computers or emulation so help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Netplay is between 10 and 50% more demanding depending on game.
