netplay saving and assigning willmote in netplay window

hey all so me and some friends want to play dokapon kingdom on the wii, and we managed to get it working on one build (lshiiruka_dolphin fm v5.9 beta) but cant save any data.

so i then tried to get i different build (4.0.2) of the emulator and now i cant assignee a wiimote to anyone which is needed to start up the game.

Please use the latest development version of Dolphin. FM is not supported here and I can't recall it having the ability to save Wii data when using netplay (it is only intended for playing Melee after all), and 4.0.2 is extremely unsuitable for Wii netplay (on top of also not being supported here due to how old it is).

We don't support any non-official or pre 5.0 builds.
