Ah yes, sharing NAND among friends is technically illegal -__-
Netplay has desynced. There is no way to recover from this.

You technically can use a blank NAND (the one included with Dolphin) and just send the Wii Save Files across and be fine for exactly 1 run. If you mess up any settings and desync, you have to redo the process, though!

Its kinda weird! Because when I dont get Desync error! The game freezes at the first wii loading screen. But there is no problem whatsoever when we load without connecting wiimote. Back to the subject; I tried creating a ROM again and deleted the wii folder as stated above and still getting the Desync error. Is there anything else that we can do to fix it? What else could be causing the problem? It used to work for us for few days until like 2 days ago when this started happening all of a sudden.
Also, where can I find the saved files? 08-31-2014, 07:20 AM
Wii netplay is extremely complicated and only for very, very, very experienced Dolphin users that understand how the emulator works. And even when you got the perfect storm of competent users + knowledge, sometimes you don't know what's going wrong. The only way, guaranteed, I've gotten Wii Netplay to work every time is by having all my friends create a brand new Dolphin setup and then playing.

Even though I complete removed Dolphin off my computer and put it freshly. The settings are still there somehow! Do you know where the settings are saved? I'd like to start freshly over again without any previous settings. I tried doing CCleaner and stuffs but still the settings are there when I put a fresh version. 08-31-2014, 08:04 AM
When creating a new Dolphin setup, create "portable.txt" in the new directory. That will give you fresh settings.

So after extracting Dolphin into a directory I create a "Portable.txt" notepad without anything in it and place it in the Dolphin's directory? And I'd still like to know why the old settings doesn't go away even after deleting all the Dolphin versions and files off my computer? 08-31-2014, 12:00 PM
Yes, do that with portable.txt
Because they're saved to a global save spot in My Documents 08-31-2014, 08:51 PM
