Netplay emulated wii motes not working

Single player without netplay works fine. But whenever i host netplay it gets rid of all of the emulated wiimotes and sets them all to none so me and my friend has no controls. I cannot change it when i start netplay, and setting the controller ports only set the gamecube ones not the wii mote ones. Please send help.

Wii Remotes don't work on netplay in 5.0 stable, so if you're using that version, you'll need to update to a newer version.

Did you manage to connect emulated wiimotes with netplay with a more recent version of Dolphin ?
