Netplay desyncs everytime I host

Everytime I host there is desync from me all of us are on 5.0 and our settings are the same so I don't know what is causing it. Also don't suggest I stop hosting because I can't connect to traversal servers and people i'm playing with can't port forward.

Do you have memory cards disabled/same save files? And cheats either disabled or all parties the same one enabled?

mem cards disabled and cheats disabled same as everyone else
