NetPlay Desync on Wii game, how can i play with the emulated gc controller ?

Hello there,

I have a problem with NetPlay. It desync when i play with my to New Super Mario Bros. Wii. The problem come from the emulated Wiimotes, it work when those ones aren't assigned to anyone.

Now, my question is : how can i play with the emulated gamecube controller ?
They appear in the assingnment but in-game it doesn't work at all.
