About the X32 thing, look here: https://dolphin-emu.org/blog/2014/05/19/obituary-32bit/ Oblviously, a X64 program can´t run on an X32 system. If he wants to install X64 Windows 7, he´d better back-up everything. Then he can put the X64 fresh install.
