Need working config for REmake

Hello everyone,

I know there are a couple of Resident Evil:remake threads out there but I can't get the GC version of the game running at better fps using the settings described. Let me first post my system specs then the settings I'm using and the statment of problem:

System:

Inter Core2Duo 2.2Ghz
Nvidia 8600GT 256mb ram
2 GB system ram

My Dolphin Settings for REmake:

Enable Dual Core --- Checked
Enable Idle Skipping--- Checked
Optimizer Quantizers--- Checked

Plugins:
OPEN GL
General:

Internal resolution: 1280x800
Window mode: Fullscreen
Auto scale: Checked
Anisotropic Filter: 2x
MSAA: off
Bi/trilinear filtering: unchecked

Advance:

Everything unchecked except
Overlay FPS & Use Safe texture cache

in Dolphin DSP+HLE Plugin
Enable other audio (throttle)--- unchecked

Now my problem is that I'm having low fps on the settings described in the other resident evil threads. With the settings I've tried, the game runs uncontrollably fast and I have to 'framelimit' to 40fps (the game runs ok after that but opening the doors etc slows down). The main problem is the game is crashing.

Is there a better setting combination someone can suggest for my pc, or perhaps some changes in mine own for stability?

Plz help.
thnx.

Didn't I just mention everything in my post? I can't get the game working on the settings described in those threads. and one of the threads describes it for wii not for gc. Anyway my problem is stability, not 'the-game-isn't-running' problem.

Enable Idle Skipping should be unchecked for GC version.
Bi/trilinear filtering should be checked.
Enable other audio (throttle) should be checked.
All this info can be found in the threads, didn't you see that there?
